Method 1: Check the wrong PIN and reattempt
- Usually, your PIN should be between 8 and 12 characters long and must include at least one letter and one number. Special characters should not be used
- Also, make sure Num Lock is on and Caps Lock is off on your keyboard before entering the PIN
- If you have entered the wrong PIN multiple times, wait for about 15 minutes before trying again
